I went to the beach yesterday too - Up here in Northland the beaches have golden sands with a warm sun shining in a nice blue sky . . . . Christchurch seems to be more Britsh in more ways than one :-) Littlehampton comes to mind . . . .

I didn't go the the beach yeasterday - it was very rainy here in the UK. I used to live quite near the beach, but now live in dreary Manchester - plus - I'm living all alone for the next few weeks, as my girlfriend has gone back to Canada.

No TV - No Internet - Just me

:o(

Oh well - glad the mack man is all loved up! :o)

I miss Wales.

Well yes, annonymous, Llandudno beach on a fine day is not too bad, Better then Littlehampton but not as nice as up here in Northland - down here in NZ. Do you miss St. D's as well as Wales in general?

Do I?!?! Sheesh!

I'd go back to St. D's in a shot - if I was young enough & had the money!

*sigh*

You know when people tell you "these are the best years..." etc - they're right. It's a bloody great shame we're not mature enough to realise that at the time.

I guess it's a chicken and egg thing though, don't you think? You can't grow without experience - yet at that age, most of us don't have it... wouldn't it be nice to be able to live a little and have responsibilites then go back to that time and appreciate not having to make the decisions we have to make as adults - all the more?!? I wish I was that free again - my school day troubles seem so trivial compared to what I have to do now.

Strange though - how beaches can make you remember things like that?

Macman - what you have to go to the beach for - look what you started?!?

:o)

Hi Macman!

(it's me)

I've just upgraded to http://beta.blogger.com which is an XML based blogging service.

The downside?

It merges your blogger account with a google account, so unless you have a google account AND a beta blog yourself, you can't post (unless you post anonymously or using the "other" id maybe?).

I've had the same problem using my blogger a/c with your blog. I've just tried using the "Other" ID
