Little Ruthy
My Little Big Sister Ruth died this day 27 years ago, she had Downs Syndrome and Spina Bifida which is a very rear combination. I never got to meet this little beauty as she died a couple of months before I was born, I find it amazing how Ruth effected my life especial with courier working with in the disability sector. Here's to you Ruth Louise Mackie and all the people you touched. Love Jonathan xx your little Bro

Even though she was in a coma Jonathan and Ruth communicated as she died. He kicked her as she lay on her mum's lap - as if to say - move over, make room for me. You are right, he would have made a wonderful brother to her.

To qualify the last comment - Jonathan was not yet born, and kicked her as she was dying - being cuddled by their mum.
